Dr. med. dent. Kristian Popovski
CEO & Founder
Dr. med. dent. Kristian Popovski first studied dentistry at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and then at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, before beginning the postgraduate Master of Science in Oral Surgery and Implantology at Danube University Krems (Austria). His doctoral research addresses the regeneration of contaminated titanium implant surfaces, and his master's thesis examines alloplastic bone-substitute materials in the maxillary sinus. Already during his studies he took part in research at the surgical department of the University of Düsseldorf under Prof. Dr. Jürgen Becker and Prof. Dr. Frank Schwarz, resulting in two scientific publications. He also contributed to a laser study and has been featured in several newspapers, including the NZZ, the Donaukurier and the Bild live ticker. Beyond dentistry, his career also spans marketing, creating campaigns for brands such as Mercedes and Audi. With more than 20 years of experience, he is known for his innovative drive and his collaboration with leading brands to bring innovation and excellence to the field.
He has extensive hands-on experience with aligner treatments across all the leading aligner brands — the foundation of the innovative dentist he is today, ready to bring that experience to others. He is also a regular speaker at courses and training for young dentists. He champions an AI-driven approach across the team, using artificial intelligence to make aligner treatment more precise and predictable.
Gemma Voces Pons, MBA
COO & Founder
Gemma brings more than a decade of business development, partnership management and international expansion to the team, backed by an Executive MBA. In recent years she has focused entirely on the dental industry — today as COO — driving the growth of aligner companies and start-ups across Europe and the USA and turning strategy into structured, scalable market entry.
Her work spans international partnership strategy, go-to-market and end-to-end tender processes, key-account and P&L ownership across the DACH region, and the leadership of business-development and sales teams. She pairs sharp market analysis with a customer-centric mindset, tracking the right KPIs to make data-driven decisions — and to see the next step a clinic or company needs to take to grow.
Before dentistry, she led international expansion for a mobility and airport-services group across nine European markets, and earlier managed sponsorships and marketing for international motorsport teams in the World Superbike and Supersport championships. Negotiating, localising and scaling across such different industries is exactly what sharpened the judgement she now brings to every decision in dentistry. She speaks five languages and has a lifelong passion for aviation and travel. She shares the team's strongly AI-driven mindset, drawing on artificial intelligence for market analysis, planning and decisions.
Christoph Wolff
CTO & Founder
Christoph combines dental expertise with a strong passion for modern technology. After studying dentistry, he now works in Düsseldorf and brings solid clinical understanding to our work. Despite his young age, he already has strong hands-on experience with aligner treatments and the technology behind them.
His particular focus lies at the intersection of dentistry and artificial intelligence. Christoph works intensively with AI-driven applications and digital workflows – and develops software solutions himself, designed precisely where clinical know-how meets smart automation. In doing so, he plays a key role in shaping the technological direction of our aligner and check services, ensuring that treatment processes become more efficient, more precise, and more transparent for everyone involved.
As someone who doesn't just use technology but actively builds it, Christoph likes to think one step ahead and consistently drives the further development of our digital services. AI sits at the core of how the whole team works — and Christoph makes sure we stay deeply AI-driven at every step.
